    I personally witnessed Hamilton and Associates work with my friend through his lawyer needs. I thought Matthew did great with being flexible, helpful, and resourceful. He was very kind and professional as well, which I can appreciate. I now know who I would go to, if I ever have lawyer needs.

  • Review of "Community Bank of Pleasant Hill" at Pleasant Hill

    As soon as I finish the two-week process of transferring money to a separate bank, I will be closing my account. I would strongly advise against opening an account with Community Bank of Pleasant Hill if you ever intend to electronically transfer funds. I've recently been undergoing the process of transferring money from my Community Bank account to an outside bank. Community Bank does not handle these transactions internally. Instead, they use an outside company, Fiserv, to handle their bill pay and account transfer transactions. The outsider company has fees associated with every type of transfer (bill pay, Popmoney, and straight-up electronic funds transfer), and they set weekly limits on how much you can take out. Fiserv customer support was absolutely no help in this process. While I'm sure the processes and transactions inside the bank go smoothly, my recent experiences with electronically transferring my money were made incredibly complicated and frustrating. To verify my external account, they deposited and withdrew a few pennies within one day. After my account was verified, it took seven days to process my first real transfer.
